Moving House

Time to move? Stressed packing? Boxes everywhere? Feeling unsettled?  Stress is a normal reaction to the moving process and you are not alone.

Stress is a body reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, and problems sleeping are common symptoms of a body under pressure.

Keep in mind that moving or relocating is not only about the physical work of shifting things from one place to the other, but it is also about adjusting your emotions to this new life.

Don’t feel bad if you are running out of time or if you think you are not going to make it.

One thing is for sure: time is critical and it will affect the level of stress and outcome of your move, so planning ahead is crucial.

If you need an experienced mover don't hesitate to contact Leader Transport. We are happy to provide advise over the phone and in person.
